Just a note to let you know Uncle Cecil slipped away about 10:30 p.m. last night, December 30. Am grateful he was able to go but sad too. Just my sister Doris and I left of my family now.

It is sad to think of Uncle Cecil gone. He's been like my other dad. I'm glad that he didn't have to linger any longer. Please give my love to Aunt Donna.
