Diane Terry Staten

Cecilia called this morning to let me know that Diane has stage 3 ovarian cancer--not a good thing. Diane hasn't known very long. Went to the doctor to check on breathing problems, not feeling well, etc., where they found she was full of blood clots, which the doctor said was suspicious and led them to the cancer. I talked with her by phone earlier today, and she was in good spirits but of course doesn't know what the outcome will be. If she has to go, "okay," but she'd like to stay around longer. Have to take care of the clots before any surgery. Jim and 2 of their sons have been working in Wyoming in the oil fields, but Jim was recently laid off so he's at home in Arizona. They can use prayers and faith from all of us.

On a happier note, Sawyer's talk at Seminary graduation was great. His highschool graduation as most of you know is on Wednesday afternoon at the Hart gymnasium in Rexburg. Time keeps marching forward and on. Love you all!
