Grandpa and Grandma are still alive!

Hello! Yes, we are still here--life has been busy for us too. We've enjoyed: the excitement of the 2 new babies, Aiden and Lauren. Congratulations to dads and moms; Lindsay's Junior Miss, she was terrific; Madison's first piano recital, she did very well; Alison and Rachel's ballet recital, very gracefully performed; graduations--we missed Jessica's from BYU, didn't have a ticket for Katie's; enjoyed Spencer's; hearing that Seth will soon be home; Natasha writing to us from the MTC; Scot's mission call to the Czech Republic; a couple of Tyler's ball games; a quiet Mother's Day with dinner at Kevin and Ann's with Ben, Lachelle, and Daron also there, as well as gifts, cards, phone calls-- thank you; all of the news and pictures on The Gathering Place. It's fun being in touch. Good luck to job seekers, sales people, etc., and everyone! Have a wonderful summer and know you are each very special, and we love and pray for you. Remember Spencer and his ear and hearing in your prayers. United prayers from a united family can help miracles to happen and call down the blessings of Heaven.

We've had two funerals in our ward in the past two weeks. Bishop, grandpa Barnes, said it would be ok if Sister Pat Pedersen's, which was about his 20th, were to be his last. Kevin said (from his experience as a stake clerk) that bishops are called by inspiration and released by computer--June is almost here and it will have been five years, so we shall see.

Love you, each and everyone!
