Jacob and Natasha's Wedding Day

Jacob and I were married on a beautiful Friday (20 June) and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We actually headed down to the temple to take our pictures before the sealing and that was a lot of fun. (He looked amazing in his white tux!)

Mom and Dad met us in time to head into the temple.

While we were inside other family and friends started to gather (don't they look excited?? That's Jacob's Dad.)

The sealing was absolutely beautiful. The Spirit was really strong and it was a special experience. Our sealer was Bro. Whitlock- my high school Sunday School teacher and he gave us some really great advice about coming to the temple often and much more than I can write here. We couldn't believe we were really there but we were and we answered right so now we're together forever! Isn't it wonderful??

After the sealing we came outside for some family pictures and then headed off to a really cute picnic luncheon provided by Jacob's sweet mom.

The reception was in my parent's back yard and it was beautiful. Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa did a lot of work to make the yard look great. The day before the wedding Dad, Jacob and I and Jacob's brothers strung Christmas lights in the trees for an added classy glow :)

It was a beautiful evening (see the lights!!) and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We enjoyed the cake (alternately layered with blackberry and key-lime filling!), danced our first dance to Keeper of the Stars by Tracy Bird and our Dad/Daughter & Mom/Son dance to Josh Groban's You Raise Me Up.

After talking and laughing and laughing and talking we finally changed and headed out (after popping a lot of balloons......) and the next day we traveled down to quiet, calm Ocracoke Island in the OuterBanks of North Carolina.

It was a wonderful day and we're glad to finally share it with all of you. Hope you enjoy the pictures!!!

Love you all,
Jacob and Natasha Spradlin
