Thank You

The birthday party for me hosted by Ann, Kevin and family on the 26th of Oct. was wonderful. It was great having so many of you there--it was a real plus to be able to have Melissa, Lincoln, Taylor, Tommy, Bella, as well as Ben, Lachelle, Gavin, and baby Xander with us too. And Sarah said she didn't give me a birthday baby, but she did give me a "birthday party" baby because Laila was born shortly before the party. I talked with her not long after Laila was born and couldn't believe how well she and the baby were doing. It was a fun evening and I'm enjoying the gifts: the Deseret Book gift certificate (which Aunt Donna helped me redeem on Saturday), the beautiful jewlery set, the "delicious smelling"scented candle, hot chocolate mix to drink while watching the Nativity DVD, and the hit of the evening with young and old alike, the musical, barking, singing dog. It was a fun evening and you're a great bunch of people--just wish everyone could have joined us. The competition of downing (swallowing, chugging, whatever you were doing) the Pixie Stix powder was quite the event, much laughter and fun. Thanks again. Love you all.
