Hello!
Is everyone asleep? We're anxiously waiting news from you, each and all. Today is grandpa Jack's 78th birthday. We celebrated by attending a funeral, how about that? His stepsister, Geraldine Gray Anderson Stucki died as the result of a car accident. The church was packed with people both last evening for the viewing and again today. Was a nice funeral service. Reminded us that life is pretty uncertain as to how long any of us will be here. I'm grateful for grandpa's 78 years and hope he keeps on keeping on. We stopped in at Wilsons', Lauren and Julie were there. Lauren is a little cutie. The Babcocks are starting to get serious about going to Texas and law school. Thank you, Sean, for the darling pictures of Savanna--another cutie. How are you feeling, Heidi? And when will all of you summer wanderers be home? We miss you and hope you'll remember to take one of the Rigby exits and come see us. Fathers' Day was fun having many of you here--were especially glad Ben, Lachelle, and Gavin came and joined us. Brock was extremely disappointed not to come to our house for the 4th of July. Guess we'll have to try and include him next year. Life is good. The gospel is true. And each of you is loved.

Happy Birthday Grandpa. Too bad you had to spend it at a funeral, but I guess you could look at it like a big party. At least you got to see lots of friends and relatives. We love you!
